Passionate about all things related to recovery, Dana’s commitment to facilitating healing and growth ignites her clients’ personal healing and transformation journey.
Dana infuses her work as a coach with wisdom gained from twenty years of teaching. Focusing on holistic well-being, Dana creates a safe and secure environment to empower her clients to grow in new directions. Dana’s Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and her Master of Arts in School Counseling inform her ability to anticipate client’s needs and guide them through the delicate recovery process. In addition to being a recovery coach, Dana is a trauma-informed yoga, meditation, and mindfulness teacher.
Dana’s empathetic nature and somatic awareness foster deep connection and impact. Dana works with a diverse group of clients, from children with special needs to university students to mothers and corporate clients.
A talented jeweler and designer, Dana recently channeled her creative flow into a jewelry brand incorporating elements of healing, self-love, and acceptance.
Dana completed her 300-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga First in Chikmagalur, India, in 2017. She has taught Vinyasa, Hatha Flow, Yin Yoga, and Meditation to beginners and seasoned yogis alike at Dubai Ladies Club (October 2017 to December 2022) and Real Pilates (November 2017 to December 2019) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Dana has received certifications in Intelligent Sequencing and Innovation Movement from Brahmani Yoga, Anatomy, Advanced Mat and Barre at Real Pilates (2019), Meditation at Prana Vayu Yoga (2017), and her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Works in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (2016).
Dana completed her 30-hour Recovery Coach Academy Training and 16-hour Ethics for Recovery Coaches & Peer Advocates course at Recovery Coach University in NYC (2020).
Dana’s diverse educational background includes a Master of Arts in Education with a focus on School Counseling (2009), a Teaching Diploma (2004), and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (2001).
