Natasha uses her singular vision to champion others to realize theirs. Known for recognising and amplifying healing voices, Natasha is dedicated to helping clinicians and other practitioners launch their visions for the future by creating resonant modalities to serve thriving communities. In addition to her leadership role at SilverBell Global, Natasha is a co-founder of Youth Prevention Mentors (YPM), empowering and activating young adults through mentorship and risk mitigation, and The Townhouse, a renowned residence in NYC offering bespoke treatment programs tailored to individual needs. Along with Integrative Psychiatrist Dr. Rami Kaminski and , US Navy Seal Thad Turner Natasha created Due North Quest, an intensive and fully customisable program providing highly structured, eye-opening, and life-changing experiences for young men seeking direction.
Natasha created The SilverBell Global Mental Wealth Series of socially relevant panel discussions with expert practitioners and clinicians in New York, Dubai, London, and Oxford to expand the dialogue on mental wealth, addiction, recovery, and toxic achievement culture. Symposiums include The Energy of Money: An Equation for Meaning, co-hosted with editor-in-chief Edwin Smith at Spear’s UK, Managing Family Systems around Disordered Eating, Divorce, and Parental Alienation at the Harvard Club, NYC, and Exploring Somatic Wisdom & Connected Communities and Empowering Healing Conversations Within Family Systems at The Falcon, UK. In Sept 2024, Natasha will be presenting Valuing Our Value, Investing in Ourselves, a personally curated panel discussion at The Master’s Series: Oxford Trauma Conference.
A driving force elevating the coaching industry, Natasha is committed to creating new opportunities for growth and learning. The SilverBell Global Coach Development Program is leading the way by fostering personal and professional development through meaningful collaboration and education with leaders in the field. Ongoing trainings include Polyvagal Theory & Skills training with Deb Dana, Trauma Informed Coaching and Supervision with Lou Lebentz, Sociometrics with Tian Dayton, Dialectical Behavior Therapy Intervention Fluency training and DBT Strategies/Skills supervision with Lindsay Chester, and Personal Development/Somatic Integration with Nikki Munitz.
Natasha serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors of the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence/ Westchester (NCADD/Westchester) and is an Ambassador for Partnership to End Addiction, where she was honored in 2017 at their Winter Wish Gala in New York City. Natasha co-founded and sits on the Board of Directors of Inservice Foundation, an organisation providing mental health support to underserved populations.
