Natasha brings over a decade of expertise in substance use disorder and recovery to her leadership at SilverBell Global, where she orchestrates global systems and multidisciplinary teams.

Natasha curates socially relevant dialogues with leading practitioners and clinicians to deepen conversations around mental health, wellbeing, and spirituality. Recent thought leadership includes the intimate exploration Mental Wealth at Palm Beach’s Carriage House with Merrill Wealth Management’s Diego Urrutia, Grace Under Pressure with Dr. Stephen Pereira, Sir António Horta-Osório, Dr. Jon Goldin, and Edwin Smith, EIC of SPEAR’S, London, and Sex & Love: An Intimate Conversation with Clinical Sexologist Dr. Adrienne Loth and Jean Campbell, host of the podcast “i’m fine.” At the prestigious 2024 Masters Events/Oxford, Natasha presented her personally crafted panel, Women and Money: The Value of Self-Worth featuring Clinical Psychologist Dr. Melita Stancil, Diana Chambers, founder of The Chambers Group and author of True Wealth: Letters on Money, Life, and Love, and psychotherapist Holli Rubin of The Soke, London.

A keynote speaker at the eighth annual “Recovery Reinvented,” an event dedicated to ending the shame and stigma surrounding the disease of addiction hosted by Gov. Doug Burgum and First Lady Kathryn Burgum, Natasha has been a guest on a wide range of podcasts, including This Changes Everything with Sarah Moore, Finding New Waters, and Miss Understood with Rachel Uchitel. As a driving force elevating the coaching industry, Natasha is committed to creating new opportunities for growth and learning. The SilverBell Global Coach Development Program is leading the way by fostering personal and professional development through meaningful collaboration and education with leaders in the field. Ongoing trainings include Polyvagal Theory and skills training with Deb Dana, Trauma-Informed Coaching and Supervision with Lou Lebentz, Sociometrics with Tian Dayton, Dialectical Behavior Therapy Intervention Fluency training and DBT Strategies/Skills supervision with Lindsay Chester, and Personal Development/Somatic Integration with Nikki Munitz.

Beyond her leadership role at SilverBell Global, Natasha serves as an Ambassador for Partnership to End Addiction and Vice President of NCADD/Westchester’s Board of Directors, where her contributions were recently honored at their Hope & Resilience Gala. Her commitment to accessible mental healthcare extends through her co-founding of Inservice Foundation, supporting underserved populations, and her creation of the Megan Ann Foundation for survivors of domestic violence and sober women navigating divorce while prioritizing personal growth for their children’s benefit.
